2017 Cinequest screens Iran’s ‘The Man and the Child’

Iranian short film ‘The Man and the Child’ directed by Seyyed Mohammad Reza Kheradmandan is to be shown at the fifth Cinequest Film and VR Festival in the US.

The short film that depicts a unique encounter with a teenager who has some improper habits is scheduled to be screened on March 1, 3, 8, and 12, 2017.

‘The Man and the Child’ has participated in multiple Iranian and international festivals and won the best short film award at the fifth Ammar Popular Film Festival in Iran.

The Cinequest Film & VR Festival aims to achieve the integration of creativity and technology, encouraging young filmmakers to produce future related content.

The 2017 edition of the Cinequest Film & VR Festival is slated for February 28 to March 12 in San Jose, California.
